On-site front end service

A full, on-site service which we can tailor to your requirements and carry out on a regular basis (a busy bar dispense may require an annual front end service).

To follow is a detailed description of what could be involved:
• De-pressurise machine to zero. Allow to cool enough to hold components.
• Remove all steam/hot water valves.
• Strip/clean and overhaul valves replacing all seals and washers.
• Remove shower plates and gaskets and replace with new seals.
• Clean out inside of group head.
• Take out boiler water level probe and de-scale.
• Strip and clean system pressure stat. Remove and replace diaphragm.
• Water hardness test and water softener (at extra charge) replaced if necessary.
