Off-site full service

To follow is a detailed description of what is involved:
• Remove all exterior panel work.
• Disconnect all steam boiler pipe work.
• Disconnect steam boiler element.
• Remove element, safety valve and anti-vac valve from steam boiler.
• Remove boiler from frame, immerse in descaling solution.
• Remove drain pan assembly and expansion valve.
• Remove group seals and showers.
• Remove sight glass assembly if present.
• Remove steam valves.
• Insulate all electrical components and wiring loom.
• Degrease and clean machine and exterior panels.
• Fit service exchange steam valve.
• Connect coffee boiler(s) to descaling device and run.
• Fit service exchange steam valves.
• Refit drain pan assembly.
• Refit expansion valve using new seal and spring.
• Fit new group seals and screens.
• Flush steam boiler and refit to machine.
• Refit boiler element using new gaskets and terminals.
• Drain coffee boiler(s), remove elements for inspection.
• Refit elements using new seal and gasket.
• Refit sight glass assembly using new seal and gasket.
• Remove group tops and inspect chambers and banjo pipe.
• Refit group tops using new seals and gaskets.
• Test pressure stat, rebuild with new diaphragm if required.
• Refit boiler safety valve and anti-vac valves using new seals.
• Replace all exterior panel work.
• Visually check all plumbing and electrical joints.
• Carry out full electrical and plumbing test.
• Flush coffee boilers.
• Carry out all running tests.
